The Apartment Association of the Panhandle (AAP) connects area supply and service companies to the owners and management companies who need them the most. This service is invaluable to all AAP members.

Our association represents nearly 20,000 units across 26 panhandle counties, including: Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher, and Wheeler.

Please keep in mind that your membership will not be considered valid until payment has been made. Prices are subject to change for future renewals at the discretion of our Board.

Owner

To be an Owner Member, you must be a current owner of single-family residential rental housing, multi-family rental housing, or apartment units in the twenty-six Texas Panhandle counties.

An owner cannot have more than 50 units per property. An owner can, however, combine any small properties under 50 units with single family homes to create their full unit count to determine their yearly dues investment. 

Annual Investment:
  • Less than 50 units = $252 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit.
  • 51-100 units = $263 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit.
  • 101-150 units = 289 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit
  • 151-250 units = $321 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit
  • 251 units & up = $347 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit
    Each "unit" is one door or rental home. A duplex is two units.

Management Company

To be a Management Company Owner, you must be a Current Licensed Real Estate Agent backed by a brokerage of single-family residential rental housing, or multi-family rental housing in the twenty-six Texas Panhandle counties.

A management company cannot have more than 50 units per single property. A management company can, however, combine any small properties under 50 units with single-family homes to create their full unit count to determine their yearly dues investment. 

Annual Investment:
  • Less than 50 units = $452 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit.
  • 51-100 units = $463 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit.
  • 101-150 units = 489 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit
  • 151-250 units = $521 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit
  • 251 units & up = $547 (flat fee) + $4.28 per unit
    Each "unit" is one door or rental home. A duplex is two units.
Join as Management Company

Property

Must be a current property with 1- 50, or 51+ units in the twenty-six Texas Panhandle counties, including: Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher, and Wheeler.

Annual Investment:

Join as Property

Vendor

A vendor or supplier of goods and/or services to the multi-family industry. Members are referred to as "Vendor Members" or "Product Service Providers" and must provide services within the twenty-six Texas Panhandle counties covered by the AAP.

Annual Investment:
$305 per company
Discounts available for members who join under both categories.
Advertising packages are extra.

HONORARY Management Company

Management companies must be affiliated with an owner or a property in the twenty-six Texas Panhandle counties, including: Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher, and Wheeler. Management companies are concidered "honorary members" who are provided benifits through the owner units or properties they manage.

Management Companies cannot join as an Owner or Property, and cannot combine managed units.

Dues are to be paid PER OWNER and PER PROPERTY.
