The Certified Pool-Spa Operator (CPO®) course is essential training for public and semi-public pool operators and swimming pool service professionals. The two-day training class includes the following topics and much more:
- Pool and spa calculations for maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Water disinfection and balance, chemical additions, and safety
- Circulation, filtration, chemical feeders and automation
- Health code compliance and facility safety
- Efficient operations and management
The class and open-book exam is presented in English. Students will receive the Pool & Spa Operator Handbook with the purchase of the course.
The nationally recognized CPO® certification is valid for five years.
