BYLAWS - reviews the consistency of bylaws and recommends changes.
BUDGET/FINANCE - responsible for reviewing the annual budget and looking at future funding sources for the association.
INSTALLATION & AWARDS BANQUET - plans and organizes the annual Installation Banquet and Awards Presentations.
COMMUNITY SERVICE - plans and organizes the local apartment association community service projects.
EDUCATION - plans upcoming education seminars and courses to be offered through AAP and works closely with A.E. to meet the educational needs of the members.
GOLF TOURNAMENT - plans and implements the annual BGF fundraising Golf Tournament.
INDEPENDENT RENTAL OWNERS (IRO) - plans upcoming educational meetings for owners of individual residential rental housing.
LEGISLATIVE - work towards keeping the association informed legislation that affects the industry.
MEMBERSHIP - promotes membership development and retention.
PSC/Tradeshow - target and create ways to build working relationships with owners and managers. Assist AAP in the production, promotion, and execution of special events, especially the annual Tradeshow.
PUBLICITY/TECH/COMMUNICATIONS - suggests ideas to increase publicity & suggests technological changes to aid all.
BOWLING - responsible for planning the annual bowling tournament.
