Assistant Maintenance

Applicants with Mechanical Journeyman license and certification preferred.

However applicants with the right combination of maintenance skills and abilities will be considered and certification training will be available. Valid driver’s license and own transportation are a must. Must be available for on-call rotation.

Housekeepers

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units in preparation for new residents and for the daily cleanliness of the models, offices, clubhouse and laundry rooms.  Applicants must have reliable transportation & must be able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.  Previous housekeeping experience preferred. This position requires six (6) months related training/experience in cleaning residences. Some properties may require more experience.

Painters

Applicants with 6 months of experience in apartments and/or residential are preferred.  However training is available to willing applicants with stable work history, an eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills.

*Our painter position that is open will share the duties of painter/assistant maintenance.
